May 1, 2019

Today is already May 1, 2019, but our weather is very cold especially in the morning and evening. I am sure by middle of May it will become warm

Life going on as usual, try to eat less and reduce some weight and it seems working. I try to eat less rice, noodle, bread and heavy fat food. Eating more fruits, vegetable and meats.

A quick meal....Curry Beef with Wild Rice




many many time i have a few several differents appointments at the same days, so i had no time to have a sit down relaxing long meal, so i will just go get whatever is nearby the areas and look ok then i will just order and eat, then keep moving on

this is a curry beef with wild rice, actually not bad, taste is strong enough,  they give too  many meat, i will like to see more green vegetables will be better..but this meal is very heavy, i was not hungry the whole day after i eat them

Lunch Time - Beef and Vegetable Fir Noodle




I went to a Hong Kong style Western Food restaurant to have my lunch. I order a Cantonese style beef and vegetable fir noodle. Well, it is better than i expect, except a tiny bit of noodle been over burn but it didnt affect the food. It do taste good, at least it fit my taste because i like more heavy taste food...off course one cannot eat this kind of food everyday then is no good for health. It will be better if they had more vegetable in the dish......anyway, is a good lunch.
