A simple dinner....簡單的晚餐

我去了一家餐廳吃了一頓簡單的晚餐....我點了蔥爆牛肉和甜芝麻餅,但牛肉菜並不像我想像的那樣，因為他們用的大部分是西洋蔥，而不是我們山東的大蔥.....這就失去了那種味道!...但他們做得火喉不錯....因為他們用的是西式洋蔥，所以味道偏甜。不是我想像的那樣，這個味道可能更適合這裡的許多顧客!...至於煎餅,甜度不夠……而且麵粉也沒有自己家裡和香港做的好吃。我發現這裡60%的餐廳無論名店、大店、小店都沒有做得很好的煎餅，烤餅.....etc ....可能是麵包粉不理想，廚師技術功夫也很普通未到家!.

please notice, there are million of peter chan in the world and thousand artist name peter chan. My full name is Peter Suk Sin Chan but since many people like to call me Peter Chan so i used this as well but make sure there are million of Peter Chan out there, dont get confuse  :)

Went out for a meal

Went out for lunch at a very old Hong Kong style bakery shop which located just outside of city of Toronto. The meal consist of a small bowl of soup today is Hot and Sour Soup, then main course is bake chicken ,Ham , mushroom , Cheese with egg fry rice. Also include a cup of Hong Kong style tea. Quality of the food is ok, nothing too fancy or great, but acceptable. Price is unbeliveable, all of this before tax is only $7.95 Canadian Dollars. Much better than go to any fast food chain for sure and the food are really fresh

Went to eat North East Chinese Food

This restaurant said they are Northern Chinese Food ( Shangdonese food )..however, after i read the whole menus, it seems to me they have more choices for North Eastern Chinese. Off course they have dishes for Shangdonese food as well, but not as many as i expected. I born in Hong Kong but i am a Northern Chinese ( Shangdonese ).  Well, the food quality is ok.
