A simple dinner....簡單的晚餐

我去了一家餐廳吃了一頓簡單的晚餐....我點了蔥爆牛肉和甜芝麻餅,但牛肉菜並不像我想像的那樣，因為他們用的大部分是西洋蔥，而不是我們山東的大蔥.....這就失去了那種味道!...但他們做得火喉不錯....因為他們用的是西式洋蔥，所以味道偏甜。不是我想像的那樣，這個味道可能更適合這裡的許多顧客!...至於煎餅,甜度不夠……而且麵粉也沒有自己家裡和香港做的好吃。我發現這裡60%的餐廳無論名店、大店、小店都沒有做得很好的煎餅，烤餅.....etc ....可能是麵包粉不理想，廚師技術功夫也很普通未到家!.

Steam Chicken with Ginger and Green Onion - Cantonese Food - Peter Suk Sin Chan ( Peter Chan )

Usually i did not like any Cantonese style steam chicken...i only love deep fry chicken, Shanghnese Wine Chicken, Saya Sauce Chicken...etc. But today this chicken was surprisely good,  the meat was very tender, well cooked and taste very good

I am single and working irregular hours, so usually i will go to the cafes, bistros, diner, restaurants, fast food places, that is nearby where i finished my works or appointments. Off course if i can, i wil go to the one that i love , but usually i am in different areas so i had to pick the one that is very nearby me. The places i went to eat are all very ordinary, simple, nothing fancy nor special..i just try to find some places that is comfortable, relaxing with good quality food and cooking,

and good
but it will be better if the filling can have more 粉絲 & other materials

Hamburger for meal today

I went to this place for a hamburger, and it is good. Not much more expensive than all the franchise burger places or fast food chains, but the quality are much better here. This are one of those small place own by individual not huge corporations

I pass by a newly open restaurant so i go inside to order couple dish for lunch, this is one of them.
A very common dish in here called Singapore fry noodle. Even though this is very simple dish, but not all restaurants will it good. 8 of 10 times they are just ok or so so. for instance, this place is just kind of ok....not great nor best. But other dishes they have  was fine. So if i come back next time i will order the other dishes again instead this one .

Onion Pork Chop - Peter Suk Sin Chan

hey, my dear blogger friends, i did a Onion Pork Chop for myself as dinner tonight. I had filmed this whole process in English speaking part as well. I will uploaded it in youtube once it finish post production and then will share it in here at my blogger with you... but will be a little while later please do wait.

Pork chop is one of my favor food. Here in North American , it seems to me not much people eating pork chop mostly is beef or chicken. In China and Europe, pork meat is very popular .
