Today is already May 1, 2019, but our weather is very cold especially in the morning and evening. I am sure by middle of May it will become warm
Life going on as usual, try to eat less and reduce some weight and it seems working. I try to eat less rice, noodle, bread and heavy fat food. Eating more fruits, vegetable and meats.
