Today is already May 1, 2019, but our weather is very cold especially in the morning and evening. I am sure by middle of May it will become warm

Life going on as usual, try to eat less and reduce some weight and it seems working. I try to eat less rice, noodle, bread and heavy fat food. Eating more fruits, vegetable and meats.

-24 so so cold tonight

Wow...tonight is -24 degree, is really cold even there is no snowing at all. But this is Canada, winter suppose to be like this....actually i am enjoying the fresh cold air, keep me awake, feeling fresh and kind of comfortable.... :) off course cannot stay outside for too long.... :) To all my friend in Canada, take care and KEEP WARM...
