One of my favor Cantonese Pork Meat Dish with Dry Vegetable - Peter Suk Sin Chan ( Peter Chan )

This is a very common and popular dish, however, not all the restaurants can make it good, sometimes some places the meat is not well cook so is not tender enough, some other places meat is  not either too much fat , not enough or too much meat and not enough fat. It had to be the perfect proportion in order to make it tasty. The sauce are important too, too thick nor too thin is not good too. This place is ok, not excellent i givee 65% out of 100


I am single, because of this, many time when i was out for appointments or works. I will just go eat at the nearest places, Nothing fancy just some ordinary food. If i have time, and the places is not too loud , i will try to film and share it here with you. Off course i go out for dinner with family and friends a lot too, but i try not to film or take photos because i dont want to disturb people enjoying their food. Order a stir fry noodle with pork meat and vegetable..quality is just ok, nothing exciting or special. I mean not bad but some places else have better .

Make a new friend in Whitby by Peter Suk Sin Chan 陳叔善

hi, few days ago, i went to Whitby , Ontario, Canada which is a small city about 49 kilometer away from downtown Toronto. by the time i reach Whitby is already 4 pm i havent eat anything today, and in the nearby shopping plaza there is a oriental restaurant which serve both Chinese and Japanese food. Off course since it is in the area where most resident are Westerner so they special target them as their main customers. I order spring rolls and the crispy beef , i love deep fry food .

Then the owner of this place is a manin his mid thirty , he is  friendly come sit in next table besides and talk with me. He came from China few years ago and open up this place with his wife. He told me there is not much Chinese live in this city.... well, happy to  make a new friend today

Hi, I really love BBQ pork, i pass by the restaurant again and cannot resist the BBQ pork so i go in and order a BBQ and Suckling Pig with Rice.....boy.... taste good, but i had to watchout for my weight.... happy to talk to you my blogger friend again, keep in touch, Peter
