One of my favor Cantonese Pork Meat Dish with Dry Vegetable - Peter Suk Sin Chan ( Peter Chan )

This is a very common and popular dish, however, not all the restaurants can make it good, sometimes some places the meat is not well cook so is not tender enough, some other places meat is  not either too much fat , not enough or too much meat and not enough fat. It had to be the perfect proportion in order to make it tasty. The sauce are important too, too thick nor too thin is not good too. This place is ok, not excellent i givee 65% out of 100


I am single, because of this, many time when i was out for appointments or works. I will just go eat at the nearest places, Nothing fancy just some ordinary food. If i have time, and the places is not too loud , i will try to film and share it here with you. Off course i go out for dinner with family and friends a lot too, but i try not to film or take photos because i dont want to disturb people enjoying their food. Vegetarian Food for lunch for a change

My friend suggested this place to try for their vegetarian dishes, so i went there in Chinatown  and order two dishes. Actually i had went there once since my friend suggest this place for me. but that day when i went there, they close, - close on every tuesday...

Because i am alone so i  cannot eat that much. Even though i saw other customer's order like the  stir fir noodle vegtables are very nice...but i cant order for it will be a waste...]
The food are fresh and good...staffs are friendly, even the customers there are nice , may be when people eating vegan for long time, it become more relax, less stress....n more kinder...

However, i still love the old Hong Kong style vegetarian dish especially the one i order the  " Assorted Vegetarian Dish "- this place is good and fresh, but it lack that old hong kong heavy taste- i know the heavier the taste is not healthy, but i just love it....

BBQ Pork Meat again, too good taste to ignore it

so many things to do so little time, but still able to took some times for a quick meal,  one dish is stir fir beef and vegetalbe, and the other is stir fir hot and spicy chicken, plus a onion pan cake....honestly speaking, i make better taste onion pan cake than this , but this one is ok, not complaint.....well, happy to talk to you my blogger friend, hope you will have a nice day, take care and keep in touch
