Pork Meat with Garlic with Sauce - Peter Suk Sin Chan ( Peter Chan )


I went to this North East Chinese Restaruant and order this Northern Chinese dish. They are a bit different than our old traditional style, this dish they cut the pork meat very very thin and roll them up in a roll shape. But or traditional one is cut them into slice not that thin as this one....well, i prefer the old style than this new style of presentation. I give them mark 65% out of 100 mark.

I am single, because of this, many time when i was out for appointments or works.  I will just go eat at the nearest places, Nothing fancy just some ordinary food.  If i have time, and the places is not too loud , i will try to film and share it here with you. Off course i go out for dinner with family and friends a lot too, but i try not to film or take photos because i dont want to disturb people enjoying their food.

One of my favor Cantonese Pork Meat Dish with Dry Vegetable - Peter Suk Sin Chan ( Peter Chan )




This is a very common and popular dish, however, not all the restaurants can make it good, sometimes some places the meat is not well cook so is not tender enough, some other places meat is  not either too much fat , not enough or too much meat and not enough fat. It had to be the perfect proportion in order to make it tasty. The sauce are important too, too thick nor too thin is not good too. This place is ok, not excellent i givee 65% out of 100

Simple Lunch




well, many times, when i miss my regular lunch hours, if there is a good Cantonese BBQ pork restaurant nearby, i will go in have a simple lunch,  it come with a simple house soup of the day, nothing fancy, just whatever meats they have avaliable the they make it a vegetable meat soup. This little not fancy places i often go to eat because their bbq pork and suckling pig are good, BBQ so so, so i always order BBQ pork and Suckling Pig only......well, have a nice day, talk with you my bloggers friend later, take care
