Once in a long while, I will eat a Donut .

 我已經五個多月沒吃甜甜圈了……因為它太甜了……而且從三年前開始，我已經強迫自己少吃甜的東西，比如我最喜歡的蛋糕、餅乾和甜點……只是為了更健康和預防....我開始喝黑咖啡有一段時間了，但我真的受不了..因為黑咖啡對我來說有點像傳統的老中藥茶..所以我改為只喝小杯咖啡加和少量的牛奶..也不再喝奶油...但說實話，它的味道真的不如加糖和奶油那麼好..但我一直這樣做了三年......我去看家庭醫生看我的驗血結果..我的醫生告訴我....你的血糖水平非常好...我認為這是因為我放棄了我喜歡的甜點，蛋糕和幾乎所有含糖的東西.....哈哈..看完驗血報告後，我就直接去吃這個又重又甜的甜甜圈了 🤣

 I havent eat any donuts for more than 5 months.... because it is extremely sweet ... besides since 3 years ago, i already force myself to eat less sweet things like my favour cakes, cookies and desserts...just to want more healthy and for prevention purpose...I started drink black coffee for a while, but i really cannot take it..because black coffee to me taste kind of like an traditionl old chinese  herbal tea..so i change to only take small coffee with two milk..no more cream either...but honestly it did not taste as good as will more sugar and cream..but i did it for three years.....I went to family doctor to see my blood test result..My Doctor told me wo..you have very good sugar level...well, it is because i gave up my favor desserts , cakes and almost all sugar stuffs....ha.ha..ha..after I read my blood report, i go straight  to eat this heavy sweet donut..

前往華哥錄音室嘗試為華哥2024年12月31日萬錦廣場-金廷宴跨年晚宴演唱會挑選3首歌曲。我選的一首歌是一首非常簡單但非常流行的國語歌曲《 甜蜜蜜》, 我選這首歌是因為除夕夜所以想唱一首幸運甜甜的歌, 另外兩首歌有點悲，因為是關於愛情。所以我想為2025年的新年唱首快樂的歌.....當我試唱這首歌后，華哥說Nice，Very Nice...我很高興，因為這是已故巨星鄧麗君的熱門歌曲之一。而華哥作為她的主要樂隊領隊,曾多次與她一起進行海外巡迴演唱會, 這是鄧麗君必唱的歌曲之一, 華哥的評論對我來說是很大的鼓勵……本次活動負責人Maria 提到活動晚宴桌已訂滿95%，很快就會滿座。希望 2024 年 12 月 31 日能在那裡見到您

Went to Wah Gor's Studio to try pick 3 songs for his December 31, 2024 New Year Eve Dinner Gala Concert at Golden Palace Banquet Hallat First Markham Place. One of the song that i chose is a very simple but extremely popular Mandarin song " Sweet Honey Honey ". After I try to sing this song, Wah Gor said Nice, Very Nice..... I am so happy, becasue this is one of the popular song of late Super Star Teresa Tang' hit song. And Wah Gor had been with her for many over sea concert tours as her main band leader. His remark surely is a great encouragement for me. This event incharger Maria mention the event table is 95 % book very soon will be full house. Hope will see you there this December 31, 2024

Winter finally arrived in my area!

 

Winter finally arrived, today a little bit of light snow, only last for minutes then melt away....

冬天終於來了，今天下了點小雪，只持續了幾分鐘就融化了……今天沒有太陽，感覺有點涼……其實加拿大冬天的天氣並不像今天那麼灰暗灰濛濛的，大部分時間都是天氣非常明媚，藍天白雲，空氣清新，感覺好好......當然，除非有凍雨或暴風雪…幸運的是這不是每天都發生的.

Boarding School - This photo taken with my high school school mates years ago when i was studied in Canada at a Boarding School. One of my friend pointed out that he like this photo because it feel like the world all became one nicely - left European, right North America, Me from Hong Kong - The East - and our girl school mate from Africa

這是多倫多市中心 OCDA 大學的年度開放日藝術展....最有創意和有趣的是，他們讓不同的學生在所有 6 層樓的樓梯和地板上繪畫...最重要的是，他們充分體現了藝術表達的自由，創作的自由，沒有任何限製或障礙……學習藝術和欣賞藝術並不是要求你成為一名藝術家或畫家，最重要的是鼓勵和開放你的思想和創造力，以便你可以將這種概念和能力應用到你所有的工作領域和生活中..創造新的東西造福整個社會乃至世界.....從別人那裡得到想法是好的，但你必須投入你自己的創造力..永遠不要復制，否則你將只是一個追隨者而不是創造者...比如共產中國40年賺了很多錢，但是他們只是跟風抄襲，從不提倡自由創作，所以他們有這麼多錢還是造不出最好最先進的頂級晶片

Visiting a unique Art Exhibition...so much to see & Explore...This is the annual open house art exhibition of the OCDA university in Downtown Toronto....Most creative and interesting is that they had paint and draw picture on all the 6 floors stairways and the floor by various students...Most important is that they fully reflected the freedom of expression through art, freedom of creativity, there is no limited or obsticle...to learn art and appreciate art is not asking you to become an artist, most important is to encourage and open up your mind and creativity so that you can apply this concept and ability to all your work field and life..to create something new which will benefit the whole society and even the world....It is alright to get ideas from other but you had to put in your own creativity..never copy otherwise you will just a followers not a creator
