Once in a long while, I will eat a Donut .

 我已經五個多月沒吃甜甜圈了……因為它太甜了……而且從三年前開始，我已經強迫自己少吃甜的東西，比如我最喜歡的蛋糕、餅乾和甜點……只是為了更健康和預防....我開始喝黑咖啡有一段時間了，但我真的受不了..因為黑咖啡對我來說有點像傳統的老中藥茶..所以我改為只喝小杯咖啡加和少量的牛奶..也不再喝奶油...但說實話，它的味道真的不如加糖和奶油那麼好..但我一直這樣做了三年......我去看家庭醫生看我的驗血結果..我的醫生告訴我....你的血糖水平非常好...我認為這是因為我放棄了我喜歡的甜點，蛋糕和幾乎所有含糖的東西.....哈哈..看完驗血報告後，我就直接去吃這個又重又甜的甜甜圈了 🤣

 I havent eat any donuts for more than 5 months.... because it is extremely sweet ... besides since 3 years ago, i already force myself to eat less sweet things like my favour cakes, cookies and desserts...just to want more healthy and for prevention purpose...I started drink black coffee for a while, but i really cannot take it..because black coffee to me taste kind of like an traditionl old chinese  herbal tea..so i change to only take small coffee with two milk..no more cream either...but honestly it did not taste as good as will more sugar and cream..but i did it for three years.....I went to family doctor to see my blood test result..My Doctor told me wo..you have very good sugar level...well, it is because i gave up my favor desserts , cakes and almost all sugar stuffs....ha.ha..ha..after I read my blood report, i go straight  to eat this heavy sweet donut..

Happy To Meet Coco again.....

I went to the Bakery shop to have a causal afternoon tea break. I ask the lady owner how is the Dogie Coco i meet last year. Then one of the customer sitting at the table said you miss CoCo..i said yes. Then he said he going to call Coco's ownere ask him bring Coco to see me. Because he is his good friend..Then the owner come within half an hour with Coco. As soon as Coco come in the bakery shop, he just walk right into me and let me hold him up and give me a kiss. He still remember me even though i only meet him once and it is one year ago...Dog are so wonderful and great.. Well, big thanks to Coco's owner and his friend, he is so nice special come bring Coco to let me see him. No wonder Coco have such a friendly and nice character because his owner is a nice person. This is why i always said there is no bad dogs, only bad owners. 我去了麵包店飲下午茶, 我問麵包店女主人, 狗狗Coco 過的好嗎? 坐在桌旁的一位陌生顧客問我說你想念Coco? 我說是, 他說他打電話Coco主人, 請他帶Coco 來這裡見我, 他是他的好朋友...
所以Coco 主人他半小時之內來了, 把Coco他帶來..我很高興..Coco他一進入麵包店, 直接來找我，讓我抓住他和給我一個吻..我去年才第一次見過Coco一次,他還記得我 .狗狗真的是很棒...感謝Coco主人和他的朋友把Coco他帶來, 我不認識他們的
Coco他很友善, 因為他有一個友好的主人....

I meet a very very very friendly cute little dog when i went for a afternoon tea break. One of the customer come into the shop with his Dogie. The dog when he see me he is so so friendly keep coming around to touch me and smell me ....finally i had him in my arm and everybody though he is my own Dog... later on his owner told me his name is called Coco and he is a boy......so here is the video and photos of me and they boy name Coco
