在多倫多市中心一個小地方吃一頓小飯 -陳叔善 Peter Suk Sin Chan ( Peter Chan )

在多倫多市中心一個小地方吃一頓小飯...這個地方只有大約8張桌子,一個很小的地方...我點了油炸鬼 ( 油条 ),裡面有肉和沙拉的脆皮捲和紅豆沙煎餅...脆皮卷味道不錯,但皮有點不脆,有點硬,我想一定是預製然後再炸。我只喜歡現點現做...我討厭預製和再炸!....油炸鬼 ( 油条 )還可以,但它與我們的港式不同,裡面更加緻密和厚實...這個比較南京風格....我相信大多數香港人不會那麼喜歡它....香港的比較薄,比較脆!..味道更好
A small meal at a small place....this place only have about 8 tables , a tiny place, i order deep fry dough, Crispy roll with meat and salad inside and a red bean paste pan cake.....the crispy roll taste was fine, but the skin is kind of not crispy , kind of hard , i think is must be premake then refry it.. I love the freshly make to order and i i hate this premake and refry. The deep fry dough was ok, but it is different than our Hong Kong style, it is more dense and thick inside. I am sure most Hong Kongers will not like it as much..the one in hong kong is more thiner inside and more crispy, for me taste better.
