Happy to did a live Zoom - How to do a easy simple Koi painting for Markham Public Library....This is a free painting workshop for all ages ..i did not charge any money, just a good will gesture back to the community.... Also specially thanks to Markham Public Library invited me for a one hour special Zoom interview for Lunar New Year Celebration talk about my paintings, 2 years ago at Lunar New Year Day during the covid period.

Very happy to hear the audience said they really enjoy the zoom meeting...Do you think i look like a teacher? Many people had asked me before whether i can teach them painting personally...but i am sorry because i am really busy and tied up with many things, so i am not able to teach anyone...may be oneday when i become much older and have more free time then i may try to consider but definately not now

在多倫多市中心一個小地方吃一頓小飯...這個地方只有大約8張桌子，一個很小的地方...我點了油炸鬼 ( 油条 )，裡面有肉和沙拉的脆皮捲和紅豆沙煎餅...脆皮卷味道不錯，但皮有點不脆,有點硬，我想一定是預製然後再炸。我只喜歡現點現做...我討厭預製和再炸!....油炸鬼 ( 油条 )還可以，但它與我們的港式不同，裡面更加緻密和厚實...這個比較南京風格....我相信大多數香港人不會那麼喜歡它....香港的比較薄，比較脆!..味道更好

A small meal at a small place....this place only have about 8 tables , a tiny place, i order deep fry dough, Crispy roll with meat and salad inside and a red bean paste pan cake.....the crispy roll taste was fine, but the skin is kind of not crispy , kind of hard , i think is must be premake then refry it.. I love the freshly make to order and i i hate this premake and refry. The deep fry dough was ok, but it is different than our Hong Kong style, it is more dense and thick inside. I am sure most Hong Kongers will not like it as much..the one in hong kong is more thiner inside and more crispy, for me taste better.

非常獨特的老街區老咖啡甜甜圈店...這家咖啡店已經在這裡經營了 30 多年。 24小時營業，從這裡製作他們自己的甜甜圈......我在這附近，所以我特意過來喝杯老華人老闆的咖啡, 因為我相信一旦他退休，這個地方也會消失....是我第二次來這個地方，上次來的時候，我問老闆除了這家咖啡店外，隔壁老餐館在哪裡？他告訴我店主退休了，他的孩子們不想接手，所以他們賣掉了它。我去過那家老餐館幾次。我通常點他們的炸薯條或公司三明治..! 這家咖啡店和那家老餐館很接地氣，沒有花哨的裝飾，對某些人來說可能看起來很醜，永遠不會來這裡喝咖啡或吃甜甜圈....但我覺得它有點獨特，有他自己的風格....哈，信不信由你，他們做的甜甜圈非常好，尤其是當他們剛出爐並從廚房裡出來的時候

Very unique old nieghborhood old Coffee Donut Shop, This Coffee Shop had been here for more than 30 years. Open 24 hours, making their own donuts from here.....I was nearby here, so i special come drop by have a cup of coffee from the old Chinese owner...because i am sure once he retired this place will be gone too..

This is my second times came to this place, last time i was here, i asked the owner where is the old diner besides this coffee shop? he told me the owner retired and his children did not want to take over , so they sold it. I been to that old diner few times . I usually order their french fry or club sandwiches...

Very down to earth no fancy decroation , for some people it may look ugly, will never come here for coffee or eat donut.....but i find it kind of unique and had his own style.... ha..belief it or not, they make very good donut especially freshly come out from their own kitchen

去了一家新開的阿富汗餐廳,.與我在密西沙加市去過的其他阿富汗餐廳相比，這家餐廳的規模較小......這道雞肉菜真的不錯...因為我午餐吃得太多，所以晚餐我去了一家越南餐館點了一份越南河粉，就這樣。

Went to a newly open Afghanistan restaurant ,This Afghanistan restaurant is smaller in size compare with the other af restaurants that i went to in city of Mississauga.
