This is one of the very popular chinese dishes called the Lemon Chicken. It will come with a special lemon sauce on the chicken, taste kind of a bit sweet and a bit sour, very tasty. Since this is a delivery order so the restaurants had put the sauces in a separate round plastic container so this may keep the fry chicken more crispy when it arrive home.
Almost every chinese restaurants in Canada will carry this items. but keep in mind , even it is the same dishes, but different restaurants make it slightly different in look and presentation, I like the original look that they keep it in tiny long rectangular shape...this one i order they did not do it that way. In my own opinion the best one is very crispy outisde and the chicken meat is well done yet still very tender. And the Lemon sauce had to exactly not too sweet nor not too sour.
