This another type of chinese fry rice called Fujian fry rice is from the province of Fujian.
But each restaurants and cooks had add on their own speical material so it is not 100 hundred percent uniform material in many restaurants.
Mine today is so so not the best, they put way too much gravey sauce and the squid is kind of hard
