Happy Halloween, is a fun evening with  many friends, guests, audiences, lot of fun, food, dancing , singing....etc 

We go to the pub tonight with Lanny Shum, Iris, David, Jimmy total 6 of us, having a great time, before Lanny go back to Hong Kong next week to prepare for his Hong Kong Concert.

Hey, Ontario is being lock down for anther month, now once again, all restaurants are not allow to dine in, only allow to take out and delivery order..... today, i order a very simple dishes for dinner because i am too lazy, too tire and too busy to cook for myself also supporting the local business too...

Once in a while, i do enjoy going for Cantonese Dim Sum. Here is one of my favor , the inside filler is BBQ Pork . A simple dish but Good BBQ Pork is very important factor to make it tasty . This one i have is good, i enjoy it. Have a nice day

Today is already May 1, 2019, but our weather is very cold especially in the morning and evening. I am sure by middle of May it will become warm

Life going on as usual, try to eat less and reduce some weight and it seems working. I try to eat less rice, noodle, bread and heavy fat food. Eating more fruits, vegetable and meats.

o..no. i went to a super market today, and i see this for sale, my god, this is my favor pet, the bunny/rabbit...how can people eat this cute cute little fellow...that is so sad, broke my heart..poor bunny

Singapore fried vermicelli - a very quick lunch

i am on the go, so is kind of rush, and i dont want to go to fast food chains so on my way there is a tiny place i drop in order a Singapore Fried Vermicelli,  is ok, not bad, except this place dont sell pork, suck, i love pork and they use chicken instead which i know some people love it better but for me i want to have the b-b-q pork with it instead of the chicken, but overall not bad, no complaints,  happy to talk with you my bloggers friend again, have a nice weekend, take care and keep in touch
