Went for a Vietnamese BBQ pork meal

i went to a Vietnamese restaurant, the place are big in size compare with many other Vietnamese, and is always 65-75 % full with customers

i order the shrimp wrapped as side dish, but it is not good, first of all, the skin was too rough, kind of feel like plastic...it have to be thin, smooth ...the shrimp have no shrimp taste at all

Well come the main dish BBPork dinner, the bbpork do taste ok, but if you take a closer look at the way the cook put the food on the plate, you can tell he dont care and have no respect , or love for cooking, the food are all bend to one side not in the middle, and the rice and salad is not nicely arrange..this may done by either a junior trainer assistant cook

mmm..i think i will not go back for i dont like people did not love what they do and did not put in all their effort to make their job good and professional, besides there are tons of Vietnamese restaurant in here are much better why go back to this one..right

越南牛河粉- 熟腩粉- 陳叔善 Vietnamese food - Beef Noodle soup

I went to have Vietnamese beef noodle soup.( well done beef rip/ sirloin slice pieces) This is my favor dish, i had tried many many other Vietnamese restaruants before and i found this place is the one i like the best, the taste are very strong, and the well done beef ripe sirloin are tender and juicy. But today i was disappointed because it did not taste as strong as before, i havent been here for more than one full year. but the beef and everything are still fine, just the taste is not strong enough , lack of something, I think may be i come in this place late around  9pm and it is a saturday, this place usually busy full house, so they may sold out..and this is the new one they just making and serve ...may be this is the reason....for some people this is good enough, but i am just a bit picky when come to eating....  take care and have a ncie day, best wishes
