一個感性的午餐 A very simple lunch









數天前在去試鏡的回程中, 正好是午飯時間, 雖然行經過了不少的現代化精美特出的餐館, 但我突然被一間街角簡陋的小餐室吸引了我, 在大窗口外面往内看, 發覺食物煮得不錯於是便推門進去, 内裏的裝置非常懷舊 ( 並非是特別刻意去裝飾造成,而是這餐室實在是上了年紀了), 我先向老廚先生點了一份公司三文冶後坐著悠然的看著餐室内的一切, 保持得很整齊潔靜舒爽, 我忍不住便問老廚先生這餐室有多少年了? 他很認真地說60年了.......我又看到餐室爐櫃上掛著一張黑白相片( 請看第4張照片), 相中人穿著合身的西裝非常的英俊神氣, 我便想再問老廚師相中人是否正是他?差落真是太大了...但話未到口邊我便没有去問...因為....何必呢! ...使人傷感的事何必提...就讓過去靜靜的過去吧!...雖然老廚先生手腳仍然很爽快利落, 一個人又煮又做及招待顧客, 但不竟是歲月不饒人,他開始己有做東忘西了, 一位客人很禮貌提醒他說..o.如果您不忘時請把我叫的咖啡給我, 老廚先生如夢初醒, 拍了自己一下,馬上端上咖啡及猛陪不是..另一位客人也對他說我叫的奶您忙完才給我吧..害得老廚先生又在誠心地道歉, 為了不想讓老廚先生又在猛陪不是, 我隔了一小會才問他 (因他也忘了我叫的凍白開水)請給我一罐汽水...! 接著便看著他在替我煎煙肉等等為我做公司三文冶,果然經驗很重要一份簡單的三文給做得却真是好! 唯一要挑的只是炸薯條的油老了點 ( 新鲜油炸的是淺金黄色),當然能做了60年他不是故意,我相信他是忙得轉不過身來換油, 反正我是相信我自己給的這個籍口.更何况它只是街彷小食室不能用5或6星級酒店標準去衡量的....我邊享受著滿意的公司三文治另一邊却在想午飯時這樣忙只有老廚先生一人在忙著,相信他老伴己不在了, 子女們更不會接老爸的捧....並非我心不好....只是我深信在不久的將來, 這街角小餐室的命運將會走進歷史回憶中去了....人到了我這階段,出外吃餐都己只著重於精神.體力,心情,交情和感情了... 吃完午餐後推門往外出, 望到了街,花草及藍天,心情非常好...因為我明白了人生很短暫,我學會了知足,珍惜及感恩....因些得到了一份平靜的歡樂....感恩!感恩!..共勉之.
