Since i am small, i love to eat the Cantonese Fry Chicken. It is a very standard , ordinary and simple Cantonese dish , you can order almost at any Cantonese style restuarnts. But to make it skin crispy,meat tender juicy and perfectly well done is not that easy. It really have to be a good cook, or well experience cook to make it good otherwise is so so..Ah.... but tonight this fry chicken is good, i enjoy it, will definately come back for more next time
