It is more like a north east chinese style food. Chinatown had change a lot, in the old time, most of the visitors and business are Cantonese speaking people because they are the most earliest people that move there. But with the arrival of many chinese from mainland chinese , now Chinatown seems more Mandarin speaking people slowly but surely.
