A simple dinner....簡單的晚餐

我去了一家餐廳吃了一頓簡單的晚餐....我點了蔥爆牛肉和甜芝麻餅,但牛肉菜並不像我想像的那樣,因為他們用的大部分是西洋蔥,而不是我們山東的大蔥.....這就失去了那種味道!...但他們做得火喉不錯....因為他們用的是西式洋蔥,所以味道偏甜。不是我想像的那樣,這個味道可能更適合這裡的許多顧客!...至於煎餅,甜度不夠……而且麵粉也沒有自己家裡和香港做的好吃。我發現這裡60%的餐廳無論名店、大店、小店都沒有做得很好的煎餅,烤餅.....etc ....可能是麵包粉不理想,廚師技術功夫也很普通未到家!.

A Nice Meal




I had see this place  many many times throughout the past 10 years, but i never went inside to eat. Because too many other choices for chinese food. This one is kind of more Canadian Chinese style. But today i had to do something in this area, and i am hungry so after i done with my things i decide to go in and try. But to my surprise it is very good, i order the mix vegetable Beef with Cantonese style fry noodle. It is great, the vegetable are very fresh and pan fry just perfectly not overcook ...it must be done by the head cook, not the apprentice nor helper. Well, i will come back next time to try their other dishes. Price are reasonable too

Guys nightout for Dinner











A group of us went for a very typical type simple ordinary Chinese food from Chinatown.  Afterward went out for fun and checking around the city. But i went back to sleep for i am very tiring and have to get up very early the next day.... even though it is all guys dinner with many foods but we are all not a big eater, still food left over for other to take home

so many things to do so little time, but still able to took some times for a quick meal,  one dish is stir fir beef and vegetalbe, and the other is stir fir hot and spicy chicken, plus a onion pan cake....honestly speaking, i make better taste onion pan cake than this , but this one is ok, not complaint.....well, happy to talk to you my blogger friend, hope you will have a nice day, take care and keep in touch

Lunch Time - Beef and Vegetable Fir Noodle




I went to a Hong Kong style Western Food restaurant to have my lunch. I order a Cantonese style beef and vegetable fir noodle. Well, it is better than i expect, except a tiny bit of noodle been over burn but it didnt affect the food. It do taste good, at least it fit my taste because i like more heavy taste food...off course one cannot eat this kind of food everyday then is no good for health. It will be better if they had more vegetable in the dish......anyway, is a good lunch.

I went to have Vietnamese beef noodle soup.( well done beef rip/ sirloin slice pieces) This is my favor dish, i had tried many many other Vietnamese restaruants before and i found this place is the one i like the best, the taste are very strong, and the well done beef ripe sirloin are tender and juicy. But today i was disappointed because it did not taste as strong as before, i havent been here for more than one full year. but the beef and everything are still fine, just the taste is not strong enough , lack of something, I think may be i come in this place late around  9pm and it is a saturday, this place usually busy full house, so they may sold out..and this is the new one they just making and serve ...may be this is the reason....for some people this is good enough, but i am just a bit picky when come to eating....  take care and have a ncie day, best wishes
