 Making Sub for myself to eat!.....做Sub給自己吃！

去買了一些材料給自己做sub。我吃了火腿、烤牛肉和火雞，再加上一些蔬菜，簡單但美味....把我自己變成一隻小豬

Went to bought some materials to make sub for myself. I took the ham, roast beef and turkey plus a couple vegetables, make it simple but tasty.

A simple dinner....簡單的晚餐

我去了一家餐廳吃了一頓簡單的晚餐....我點了蔥爆牛肉和甜芝麻餅,但牛肉菜並不像我想像的那樣，因為他們用的大部分是西洋蔥，而不是我們山東的大蔥.....這就失去了那種味道!...但他們做得火喉不錯....因為他們用的是西式洋蔥，所以味道偏甜。不是我想像的那樣，這個味道可能更適合這裡的許多顧客!...至於煎餅,甜度不夠……而且麵粉也沒有自己家裡和香港做的好吃。我發現這裡60%的餐廳無論名店、大店、小店都沒有做得很好的煎餅，烤餅.....etc ....可能是麵包粉不理想，廚師技術功夫也很普通未到家!.

加拿大的生活是非常輕鬆，我們剛剛度過了一個印地安人和解周末假日，現在是我們的感恩節週末假期! 人們可以有更多的空閒時間與家人、朋友、愛人共度時光!....有些加人會去其他加拿大地方或美國進行短途旅行.....當然，如果像餐廳這樣的私人企業想要開業是允許的，但他們必須向工人支付更多的假期工資.....你可以說我們一年十二個月幾乎有8 或 9個月有長週末假期....我認為這是北美人考慮生活品質的因素之一!
