Many Hong Kong people really enjoy this little white ball, they are called fish ball, make from variety of mix species of low cost fishes. You can cook it according to your choice, for example, you can make them as curry fish ball.....etc..or to make them into noodle soup with vegetable and fish ball
Some people use them into their hot pot meal as well. Do you ever try it?
